Our BITA Triage offering helps our clients identify and prioritize their business
IT alignment needs. It’s low cost, fixed-fee and fast. The triage engagement consists
of two components:
BITA Assessment
Voice of the Customer (VOC) survey of up to ten of your key staff. It is designed
specifically for a BITA focus. It consists of an initial email questionnaire followed
up with either a face-to-face meeting or telephone interview for clarifications.
The interviews become the basis of either a Pugh matrix or a House of Quality diagram,
whichever is most appropriate based on the details of the VOC.
A stand-alone BITA assessment report including an analysis of the Voice of the Customer
Survey and the communications assessment. With this report, the client has an actionable,
qualitative tool which can form the basis for future projects.
Communications Assessment and Improvement
A communications assessment by ICS-Connect to help your staff understand their individual
communications style and improve how they communicate with others. This component
also includes a coaching session by ICS-Connect. This exercise enables your team
to be even more effective implementing the BITA improvements in your organization.
